Terms & Conditions

1. Once signed up, customers have a 14 day cooling off period starting from the date of purchase. If you decide you no longer want this service during this period you can cancel with a full refund.

2. At the end of your annual subscription your 24/7 Emergency Cover will not automatically be renewed but we will contact you prior to the end date of your subscription to notify you of this.

3. 24/7 Emergency Cover does not start until payment is received for the particular dwelling it's covering. If an emergency is attended to without subscription, our normal emergency fees will apply.

4. Whilst subscribed to our 24/7 Emergency Cover, although no callout fee and labour being charged. Any expenses for materials used on the emergency will be invoiced and payment needs to be made in 30 days of the invoice being sent/posted.

5. Homefix reserve the rights to decide what job is classed as an emergency.

6. Homefix reserve the rights to terminate subscriptions at any point during annual subscription but will do so with adequate notice.

7. Homefix will never share any of your information with external sources or companies without your consent.

8. By signing up to our 24/7 Emergency Cover you agree to our terms and conditions.
